The Concordia University Leaders in Action Awards is an opportunity to acknowledge two leaders – one in law and one in education – who have made significant contributions to improving the State and the lives of Idahoans. The Awards event is consistent with Concordia University’s mission to prepare leaders for the transformation of society.
This unique event features short speeches presented by each honoree on a topic of their choosing. Guest seating is limited to 125 guests. Please join us for this community celebration with these dynamic speakers. The Awards Event will be held at the Pioneer Room at JUMP in downtown Boise, with a reception starting at 5:00 p.m. The program begins at 5:30 p.m., including the presentation of awards by Concordia University President Charles Schlimpert, speeches given by the honorees, and the reception continues after the program to give attendees the opportunity to congratulate the honorees.
This evening is sponsored by generous law firms, businesses and individuals. Benefits of sponsorship include recognition in the media, on signage and in advertising, plus the opportunity to invite up to six guests to the event. Individual tickets may also be purchased for $40.00 each. All net proceeds from the Leaders in Action Awards go directly to support scholarships for students at Concordia Law.
