Career services database helps students track information and find employment
The main focus of the Career Services Office at Concordia University School of Law is twofold. First, to provide students with the information, tools, and connections they need to define and establish a customized career path. And second, to provide assistance, support, and encouragement in mounting a targeted and thorough job search.
To help accomplish these goals, Concordia University School of Law utilizes Symplicity, a nationally recognized career services management database system. Here in Boise, this system is referred to as “Hire Concordia Law,” or “HCL” for short. Symplicity is utilized by numerous law schools throughout the country to manage and facilitate employment opportunities, externship evaluations, application collection and review, student career counseling, on-campus interviews, pro bono service tracking, legacy mentor program pairing and tracking, and graduate employment surveys.
