Onsite IT assistance is available from Matt Souza, whose office is located on the second floor of the law library in Room 229. Concordia University School of Law also offers full help desk services though the main Portland campus Information & Technology Services . Students in the law school can take part in the many offerings of the full university such as free Microsoft products including Windows, and Office, as-well-as local on-site help with network and print issues.
Equipment Checkout
The George R. White Law Library provides technology and accessories that students can check-out. Dell laptops, standard and wireless headsets, HDMI/USB/VGA converters, laptop chargers, and charging cables are available for four-hour loan periods. Two cell phone/laptop charging stations are also located in the library on the mezzanine and first-floor levels.
Classroom Technology
Classrooms at Concordia University School of Law are equipped with state of the art technology to aid in giving the teacher flexible yet robust tools to deliver their subject matter in ways that suit the needs of the teacher and the class. Yet the technology is designed with student learning in mind, and offers the clearest opportunity for students to be engaged in the subject matter. Our classrooms come equipped with Smart Boards, Smart Podia, audio/video connectivity, and wireless networking.
